Cost for your Background check is $55.00 and will be charged to you on your next invoice processing. BACKGROUND CHECK COPY WILL ALSO BE EMAILED TO YOU UPON REQUEST

BACKGROUND CHECK

Shell CPR Does Not offer refunds on any courses.

A Reschedule fee of $35 will apply for missed Appointments.

If you are unable to attend a course that you can no longer keep,

we will document on your account and reschedule you for a later date. The American Heart Association strongly promotes knowledge and proficiency in all AHA courses and has developed instructional materials for this purpose. Use of these materials in an educational course does not represent course sponsorship by the AHA. Any fees charged for such a course, except for a portion of fees needed for AHA course materials, do not represent income to the AHA.
