ACLS INSTRUCTOR TRAINING COURSE COST $550
There are a few things you need to complete prior to coming to the course.

You will need to score and 86% or higher. so please retake it until you achieve this score or higher
These items must be emailed to us before your training course date.
Copy of your Driver License
Copy of your Nursing License or any Healthcare certificates
Copy of your BLS provider Certificate
Copy of your ACLS provider Certificate
Copy of your completed BLS instructor Essentials Course
Copy of your completed ACLS Instructor Essentials Course
Copy of your precourse work completed information and certificate
You will also need to complete these applications attached to this email
After you complete all above, please email me all records so we can have you approved for the course and ready to go.

Equipment for ACLS to be able to conduct classes
D.A.R.T SIM ACLS/ADULT BAG RED If you are wanting to become a PALS instructor in the future its worth buying the PALS and ACLS bag combo.
Phlebotomy Practice Kit ARM. This will be used for blood pressure cuff and pulse ox and to practice with pushing drugs
D.A.R.T SIM Program can be downloaded on a tablet. I use apple tablet as i am an apple person. The DART sim will need to be purchased and then you will add in app purchases to make it work.
You will need to purchase NPA and OPA amazon sells them as well.
